全面开展优质护理对患者安全的效果研究

Effect Study on Comprehensive Quality Care for Patient's Safety

目的对患者实施全面的优质护理服务,观察其对患者安全的效果影响。方法选取本院2011年1月至2016年1月收入医院的住院患者26000例,将所有患者分为对照组(13000例)和观察组(13000例),其中,对照组患者采取常规护理和第一年的优质护理试点护理,观察组患者采取全面的优质护理服务,分析并对比两组患者护理不良事件发生率,评价全面的优质护理服务对患者安全的效果影响。结果观察组患者的护理不良事件发生率(0.055%)比对照组(0.270%)低,其中观察组患者的输血相关事件、跌倒坠床、用药相关事件的发生率(依次为0.008%、0.023%、0.008%)比对照组(发生率依次为0.054%、0.085%、0.062%)低,差异明显(P<0.05),但管道滑落、意外事件、手术相关事件的发生率与对照组比较后无统计学差异(P>0.05),且两组患者中均没有非预期压疮情况的发生。结论对患者实施全面的优质护理服务,可以有效降低护理不良事件的发生率,调动护士的积极性,为患者提供全面、安全且优质的护理服务。

Objective To carry on comprehensive quality nursing service for patients, observe effect on patient's safety. Methods Choose 26000 cases inpatients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016, divide them into control group(13000 cases) and observation group(13000 cases). Control group was treated with routine nursing and quality nursing for the first year, and observation group with comprehensive quality nursing service. Analyze and compare nursing adverse events rate of two groups, evaluate effect of quality nursing service for patient's comprehensive security. Results Adverse events rate of of observation group(0.055%) was lower than control group(0.270%), blood transfusion related events, occurrence rate of falling bed, medication related events of observation group was 0.008%, 0.023%, 0.008% by sequence, lower than control group(0.054%, 0.085%, 0.062%), with obvious difference(P<0.05), but pipeline slide, accidents, operation related events incidence of observation group showed no obvious difference from control group(P>0.05), and both groups showed no unexpected bedsores. Conclusion Comprehensive quality nursing services can reduce nursing adverse events incidence effectively, arouse enthusiasm of nurses, and provide comprehensive, safe and quality nursing services for patients.
