骨髓检验诊断在再生障碍性贫血中的临床应用价值观察

Clinical Application Value Observation of Bone Marrow Examination in Aplastic Anemia Diagnosis

目的探究再生障碍性贫血采用骨髓检验诊断后临床应用价值情况。方法将我院在2015年11月至2016年11月所参与的52例实验观察对象依据随机数字表法进行平均分组,实验组与参照组各26例患者。选择患有再生障碍性贫血的患者为实验组,选择未患有任何血液疾病的患者为参照组,对比两组患者血液检查并对结果做出分析评估。结果在对两组患者分别进行骨髓检测中发现,实验组患者Ⅰ-Ⅱ级数据明显低于参照组,但Ⅲ-Ⅴ级数据却明显高于参照组,同时两组患者血常规综合评分中发现,实验组明显低于参照组,两组比较具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨髓检查诊断对于患者的骨髓情况具有确切的诊断效果,有效提高对患者骨髓情况的掌握程度。

Objective To investigate clinical application value of bone marrow test in aplastic anemia diagnosis. Methods Divide 52 cases experimental subjects in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 into two groups according to random number table method, experimental and control group, 26 cases in each. Aplastic anemia cases were in experimental group, and cases without hematologic diseases were in control group. Compare blood tests of two groups, analyze and evaluate test results. Results Bone marrow examination for two groups found, grade I-II data of experimental group was significantly lower than control group, grade III-V data significantly higher than control group, blood routine comprehensive scores of experimental group were significantly lower than control group, comparison showed obvious statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Bone marrow examination and diagnosis has definite diagnostic effect on patient's bone marrow, can improve mastering degree of patient's bone marrow situtaion effectively.
