Analysis and Countermeasures of Problems in Clinical Immunity Test

目的针对临床免疫检验中存在的问题进行分析,探讨有效的解决对策。方法选取我院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的100份酶联免疫检验资料作为研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,将免疫检验流程中存在的问题进行总结分析,并寻找其解决方案。结果线性分析结果表明,临床免疫检验的影响因素包括实验室的环境(温度、湿度),标本的质量、试剂反应平衡的时间,洗液的更换周期,检测人员的专业素养等。结论在临床免疫检测工作时,应制定严格的质量控制制度,根据免疫检验要求对实验室内的温度、湿度,洗液的更换周期、标本的质量、试剂反应平衡的时间以及检测人员的专业素养进行调控,有利于临床免疫检验质量的提升。

Objective To analyze the problems existing in clinical immune test and discuss the effective countermeasures.Methods A total of 100 enzymes in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were linked immunosorbent test data as the research object,carries on the review analysis,there will be a problem in the process of immune test were analyzed,and the solutions.Results The results of linear analysis showed that the factors influencing the clinical immunology test including laboratory environment(temperature and humidity),the quality of the specimen and reagent reaction balance time,fluid replacement cycle,testing personnel professional quality.Conclusion The clinical immune detection work,should formulate strict quality control system,according to the requirements of temperature and humidity on immune test in the laboratory,replacement cycle,fluid quality,specimen reagent reaction balance time and the detection of the professional quality control,is conducive to enhance the quality of clinical immunology test.
