1例喉癌声门下型患者行胸大肌带蒂肌瓣切取转移术的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of 1 Patients with Laryngeal Carcinoma and Subglottic Type Undergoing Pectoralis Major Muscle Pedicle Muscle Flap Resection and Transfer

目的总结喉癌声门下型患者行胸大肌带蒂肌瓣切取转移术的围手术期护理措施及效果。方法回顾性分析1例喉癌患者的基本资料,对患者给予气管切开术、双侧区域性颈清扫、全喉切除术、右侧胸大肌带蒂肌瓣切取转移修复术、下咽成形术。同时,在手术前后分别给予精心的护理措施。结果患者顺利完成手术,在精心护理下无并发症发生,顺利出院。结论对于喉癌患者在行胸大肌带蒂肌瓣切取转移术的过程中应给予精心的围手术期护理,提高患者的治疗依从性,帮助患者顺利度过危险期,提升治疗效果。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures and effects of patients with laryngeal carcinoma and subglottic type undergoing pectoralis major muscle pedicle muscle flap resection and transfer.Methods The basic data of 1 patients with laryngeal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively,the patient was treated with tracheotomy,bilateral regional neck dissection,total laryngectomy,right pectoralis major muscle pedicle muscle flap removal and repair,pharyngeal pharyngoplasty.At the same time,careful nursing measures were given before and after the operation.Results The patient completed the operation successfully,and no complications occurred under intensive nursing care,discharged successfully.Conclusion Perioperative care should be given to the patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing the pectoralis major muscle pedicle muscle flap resection and transfer,in order to improve the patient's compliance,help patients through the dangerous period,improve the treatment effect.
