分析综合护理干预对预防胸外伤患者肺不张的作用

To Analyze the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Prevention of Atelectasis In Patients with Thoracic Trauma

目的研究和分析综合护理干预对预防胸外伤患者肺不张的作用。方法选取我院科室收治的100名胸外伤患者,并且随机将100名患者划分为对照组与观察组,每组各50名。对对照组实施普通外科护理,对观察组实施以对照组为基础的综合护理方案。结果实施综合护理干预措施的观察组肺不张发生率、住院时间、肺部感染几率显著低于对照组,并且观察组的肺部功能恢复情况也要显著优于对照组(P<0.05),数据差异具有统计学意义。结论对胸外伤患者实施综合护理干预措施可以显著提高患者的肺活量、减少肺不张的发生几率、降低患者肺部的感染几率。现已经取得了不错的临床护理成绩,值得在临床护理中大力推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of atelectasis in patients with chest trauma.Methods We selected 100 patients with chest trauma in our hospital,and randomly divided 100 patients into the control group and the observation group,each group 50.The patients in the control group received general surgery care,and the observation group was treated with a comprehensive nursing program based on the control group.Results The incidence of atelectasis,hospitalization time and lung infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the recovery of lung function in the observation group was also significantly affected by the control group(P<0.05),the data were statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with thoracic trauma can significantly improve the lung capacity of patients,reduce the risk of atelectasis and reduce the risk of lung infection.Has now made a good clinical care results,it is worth in the clinical care to promote.
