阴道不规则出血临床治疗效果观察与评估

Observation and Evaluation of Clinical Treatment of Irregular Vaginal Bleeding

目的观察与评估阴道不规则出血患者的临床治疗及效果。方法将我院收治且符合标准的240例阴道不规则出血患者随机归入两组(120例/组)试验,Ⅰ组接受常规基础治疗,包括抗炎、止血等,Ⅱ组在常规处理下接受妇康片口服,对比评估两组的治疗效果。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组施治后各取得75.83%和96.67%的总有效率,Ⅱ组总有效率显著高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组的阴道出血时间显著缩短,出血量显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗炎、止血的基础上对阴道不规则出血患者施加妇康片治疗,能够明显优化临床疗效,缩短阴道出血时间,并减少出血量,值得使用。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical treatment and effect of irregular vaginal bleeding.Methods In our hospital,and 240 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups(120/group) test group received routine treatment,including anti-inflammatory,hemostasis,II group received oral Norlutin in routine treatment,evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 75.83% and 96.67% respectively in group I and II,and the total effective rate in group II was significantly higher than that in group I.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group I,the vaginal bleeding time of group II was significantly shortened,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional anti-inflammatory,hemostatic on irregular vaginal bleeding patients applying Norlutin treatment,cshorten the bleeding time,and reduce the amount of bleeding,worthy of recommendation.
