品管圈在降低NICU新生儿红臀发生率中的实践与效果分析

The Practice And Effect Analysis of Quality Control Loop in Reducing The Incidence of NICU Neonatal Red Hip

针对本院NICU新生儿红臀发生率高达16.2%,而据文献报道新生儿红臀发生率为14.1%[1]这一现状,通过制定红臀风险预警评估表[2],完善臀部护理操作规范并对护理人员进行培训,减少因喂养不耐受引起的腹泻,改善臀部潮湿环境等措施,将NICU患儿的红臀发生率降至5.7%,充分体现了品质管理在护理质量持续改进中发挥的重要作用。本期活动荣获我院第三届品管圈大赛二等奖。

For our NICU newborn red buttock rate is as high as 16.2%,and according to the literature reported that the incidence of neonatal red buttock was 14.1% ~[1] the status quo,through the formulation of red buttock risks early warning assessment ~[2],perfect the hip nursing practice and training of nursing staff,reduce the diarrhea caused by feeding intolerance,such measures as improving hip damp environment,reducing the incidence of red buttock in NICU children to 5.7%,fully embodies the quality control in nursing quality plays the important role of continuous improvement.
