探讨尿常规及尿液有形成分分析在尿路感染诊断中的初筛价值

To Investigate the Value of Urine Routine and Urine Visible Component Analysis in the Diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infection

目的探讨尿常规及尿液有形成分分析在尿路感染诊断中的初筛价值。方法抽取2014年1月至2016年1月来我院诊治的疑似尿路感染15000例,以尿定量细菌培养结果为"金标准",将尿常规及尿液有形成分分析检测结果与尿定量细菌培养结果进行对比分析。结果 15000例经尿定量细菌培养确定尿路感染者11068例,尿常规及尿液有形成分分析诊断尿路感染者分别为8861例(准确率为80.1%)、8859例(准确率为80.0%),其中亚硝酸盐(NIT)、白细胞酯酶(LEU)、Bacteriuria、尿白细泡(WBC)在诊断中的意义较高。结论尿常规及尿液有形成分分析相辅相成,可为临床提供充分的病变信息,为泌尿系统疾病的定位诊断、鉴别诊断和预后判断提供有价值的参考信息,在尿路感染的初筛诊断中具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the initial screening value of urine routine and urine visible component analysis in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection. Methods 15000 patients suspected urinary tract infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were collected, the detection result of their urine routine and urine visible component analysis were compared with that of urine quantitative culture, and the results of urine quantitative bacterial culture were used as the gold standard. Result Among the 15000 patients, 11068 cases of urinary tract infection were determined by urine quantitative bacterial culture, 8861 cases(accurate rate of 80.1%) and 8859 cases(accurate rate of 80%) were diagnosed as urinary tract infections respectively by means of analyzing urine routine and of urine visible components.Nitrite(NIT), leukocyte esterase(LEU), bacteriuria and white blood cell(WBC) were of higher significance in the diagnosis. Conclusion Urine routine analysis and urine visible component analysis can supplement each other and can provide sufficient pathological information for the clinic. They can provide valuable reference information for the location diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis judgment of urinary system diseases, and has important clinical significance in the primary screening of urinary tract infection.
