神经外科重症患者气管切开术后的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Severe Patients after Tracheotomy in Department of Neurosurgery

目的总结神经外科重症患者行气管切开术后的护理措施。方法随机选取2016年1月至2017年1月神经外科气管切开患者40例,气管切开术后的护理严格遵守无菌操作规程,保持气道的湿化,及时有效吸出气道分泌物,做好专科护理及套管与拔管的护理。结果 35例患者成功拔管,拔管后呼吸平稳,气道通畅,3例患者气管切开术后放弃治疗自动出院,2例死亡,放弃治疗及死亡病例均与护理操作无关。结论气管切开术后采用合理护理措施能够帮助患者早日康复。

Objective To summarize the nursing measures of severe patients in department of neurosurgery after tracheotomy. Methods 40 patients with tracheotomy in department of neurosurgery from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected. After tracheotomy, various nursing operations were performed under strict adherence to aseptic procedures, airway humidification was maintained, airway secretions were promptly aspirated, and specialist care and cannula and extubation care were done. Result Extubation was successfully performed in 35 patients. After extubation, the patients had a smooth breathing and unobstructed airway. After tracheotomy, 3 patients gave up treatment and discharged automatically. 2 cases died. The treatment and death cases were not related to the nursing operation. Conclusion Reasonable nursing measures after tracheotomy can help the patient recover at an early date.
