干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Interferon Combined with Yanhuning in Treatment of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Children

目的分析干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法随机选取2016年1月至2016年12月于本院接受治疗的60例小儿手足口病患儿,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各30例。给予观察组患者干扰素联合炎琥宁方案治疗,给予对照组患者利巴韦林方案治疗。观察并比较两组患儿治疗后相关症状恢复时间及治疗后临床疗效。结果观察组各指标及疗效均优于对照组,组间具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在小儿手足口病的治疗中应用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗具有显著的临床疗效,患儿临床症状恢复速度快,安全性高,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interferon combined with Yanhuning in treatment of children with hand-footmouth disease. Methods 60 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly selected from January 2016 to December 2016, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, there were 30 cases in the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given interferon combined with Yanhuning treatment, the control group was treated with Ribavirin. The recovery time of related symptoms and clinical efficacy after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The indexes and curative effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of interferon and Yanhuning in treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease is exact, which also can make the clinical symptoms rapidly restored, has high safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
