摘要
精神疾病患者是一群特殊的患者,他们的行为难以预料,情绪难以控制,这也是精神科病房管理难点之一。行为医学认为,精神疾病患者之所以会出现攻击行为,主要是由于愤怒、敌意、憎恨、不满等情绪的激发,在这种不良情绪的激发之下,患者则会出现攻击行为,伤害他人、自身与为达到其他目标所采取的破坏性行为。患者有精神疾病的患者出现攻击行为的几率是较高的,发生攻击行为的特点是具有突发性、冲动性等,这一点已经受到临床广泛关注。因此为了有效地避免患者出现攻击性行为,就要明确发生这一情况的原因,从而制定措施予以应对,以减少患者对医护人员的伤害。本文报道29例精神病人对医务人员的攻击事件,约1/4的攻击行为是在幻觉、妄想影响下产生的,其余都是不适当的医疗服务态度所促发的。本文主要对住院精神病人对医护人员攻击行为进行分析,并提出相应的措施。
Patients with mental illness are a group of special patients whose behavior is unpredictable and their emotions are difficult to control, this is also one of the difficulties in the management of psychiatric wards. In behavioral medicine, patients with mental illness are prone to aggressive behavior, mainly because of emotional stimulation of anger, hostility, hatred, discontent and so on, under the stimulation of this bad emotion, the patient will attack, they will hurt others and themselves, and they will appear destructive actions to achieve other goals. In psychiatric patients, the incidence of aggressive behavior is high, and it has the characteristics of sudden, impulsive and blindness, which attracts the attention of psychiatric professionals. Therefore, in order to avoid the emergence of aggressive behavior, it is necessary to understand the cause of the patient's aggressive behavior so as to better cope with it, so as to reduce the patient's injury to the medical staff. This paper reports 29 cases of attacks on medical personnel by mental patients, about 1/4 attacks are caused by hallucinations and delusions, the rest are prompted by appropriate medical service attitude. In this paper, the attack behavior of hospitalized psychiatric patients on medical staff is analyzed, and corresponding measures are put forward.
