对骨折患者术后实施优质护理服务的探讨

目的本次研究对骨折患者实施手术之后,对患者采取优质护理服务措施的效果进行探讨。方法本次研究我院选取了2016年1月至2017年1月所收治的140例骨折手术患者作为护理实验分析对象,将140例患者按照实验所需分为对照组和观察组。结果观察组实施人性化护理干预措施之后,患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,并且观察组的并发症发生率和住院时间明显低于对照组。结论对患者实施人性化护理方案后,将髋部手术后住院期出现的并发症发生率明显降低,此次研究提高治疗及护理质量,使研究对象的满意度均提高,深受患者喜爱,缩短病患在院治疗的时间,值得在护理临床工作上进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on patients with fracture after operation. Methods In this study, 140 cases of fracture patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the object of nursing experiment, and 140 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the experimental requirements. Results After the implementation of humanistic nursing intervention in the observation group, the nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care program for patients after hip surgery after hospitalization will appear significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of treatment and nursing of the study, the research object of satisfaction were improved, loved by the patients, shorten the treatment time in hospital patients, it is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing work.
