探讨宫腔镜下输卵管治疗不孕不育的临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Tubal Infertility Treated with Hysteroscope

目的了解不孕不育患者采取宫腔镜下输卵管手段治疗的临床干预作用。方法分析资料选取于2013年至2016年期间在本院接受诊治的不孕不育患者相关临床资料,从该时间段中选取符合要求患者200例,根据患者入院时间编序后随机数字表方式将其每组100例分为对照组与观察组,治疗方案对应为常规不孕不育治疗、宫腔镜下输卵管不孕不育治疗手段。比较两种治疗方案数据并了解宫腔镜下输卵管治疗手段应用价值。结果记录两组患者以下指标:术中出血量、手术时间、术后下床活动时间,组间数据有差异但经统计学软件处理(P>0.05),无统计学意义;根据患者病情改善情况,对照组与观察组判定无效例数分别为37例、11例,组间数据存在差异并输入统计学软件处理(P<0.05),有统计学意义;患者接受平均时间1年随访,观察组妊娠成功率显著高于对照组,用统计学软件处理(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论对不孕不育症患者选择宫腔镜下输卵管通液手段进行治疗,能对其不孕不育有显著改善同时保障妊娠成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective To understand the clinical intervention effect of tubal treatment under hysteroscope in infertile patients. Methods To analysis the data selected from 2013 to 2016 in our hospital for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients with relevant information, selected 200 patients from the time period, according to the random number table method the admission time were ordering the 100 cases in each group were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the corresponding treatment plan for routine treatment of infertility, hysteroscopic tubal infertility treatment. Objective to compare the data of two treatment schemes and to understand the value of hysteroscopic treatment of fallopian tube. Results The two groups were recorded the following indicators: time out of bed bleeding, operative time, postoperative,there is difference between groups, but it is meaningless after statistical software processing(P>0.05); to improve the situation according to the condition of patients, the control group and the observation group determined invalid cases were 37 cases, 11 cases had significance there are differences and enter the statistical treatment of data between group with statistical software processing(P<0.05), it makes sense; the average time of 1 years of follow-up, the observation group the pregnancy success rate was significantly higher than the control group, With statistical software processing(P<0.05), it makes sense. Conclusion The treatment of infertility patients by hysteroscopic tubal fluid treatment, can significantly improve their infertility, while ensuring the success rate of pregnancy, it is worth clinical promotion.
