观察丹参注射液球后注射对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效与安全性

To Observe the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Simple Diabetes Retinopathy

目的探析单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变患者用丹参注射液球后注射方案治疗的病情干预效果。方法分析资料选自2015年6月至2017年6月收治280例确诊为单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,数字编序后随机分为常规组与丹参组,各组有140例,对应治疗方案为常规单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变干预、丹参注射液球后注射治疗。在疗程后比较不同方案应用效果。结果丹参组患者治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后丹参组平均视力、30°视敏度均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变患者用丹参注射液球后注射方案治疗对于病情有着良好的控制缓解效果,同时改善视力,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of the injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods The data of analysis were selected from June 2015 to June 2017 280 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were treated, after the digital coding, the patients were randomly divided into routine group and Danshen group. There were 140 cases in each group. The corresponding treatment program was treated by routine intervention of simple diabetic retinopathy and retrobulbar injection of Danshen injection. After the course of treatment, compare the effect of different programs. Results The total effective rate of the Danshen group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the average visual acuity and 30 degree visual acuity of the Danshen group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with simple diabetic retinopathy with Danshen injection after injection has good control and relief effect, and improves visual acuity, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
