生脉散加味治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证的临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Restoring Pulse Beat Powder in Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood and Heart Stasis Syndrome

目的探究生脉散加味治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证的临床效果。方法以我院2014年3月至2016年3月住院治疗的88例性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证患者为调查对象,以双盲法随机分为对照组(44例)、实验组(44例),均接受常规西医治疗,在此基础上实验组加用生脉散加昧,分析两组治疗效果、症状积分改善、再住院率、心功能改善等情况。结果实验组中医疗效总有效率(95.45%)、心功能改善总有效率(86.36%)均较对照组(79.55%)、(65.91%)高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组症状积分较对照组明显改善,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组再住院率低于对照组,存在统计学意义差异(P<0.05)。结论慢性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证患者在常规西医治疗基础上加用生脉散加味治疗,效果显著,便于改善临床症状,改善心功能,降低再住院率,提高生活质量。

Objective to explore clinical effect of modified Restoring Pulse Beat Powder in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood and heart stasis syndrome. Methods treat 88 cases hospitalized congestive heart failure and Qi and Yin deficiency and blood and heart stasis syndrome patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 as research objects, divide them into control group(44 cases) and experimental group(44 cases) with double blind method randomly, all cases were treated with routine western medicine, on the basis, experimental group was treated with modified Restoring Pulse Beat Powder, analyze treatment effect, symptom scores improvement, re-hospitalization rate, cardiac function improvement and etc of two groups. Results total curative effective rate of experimental group(95.45%), total effective rate of cardiac function improvement(86.36%) was higher than control group,(79.55%),(65.91%), difference showed significance(P<0.05); symptom scores of experimental group were significantly improved compared with control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05); re-hospitalization rate of experiment group was lower than control group, with significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion modified Restoring Pulse Beat Powder has remarkable effect for chronic congestive heart failure with Qi and yin deficiency and blood and heart stasis syndrome on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, can improve clinical symptoms and heart function, reduce re-hospitalization rate and enhance life quality.
