摘要
目的评价特需病房护理管理中,采用优化服务路径后的改善效果。方法通过对患者入院后、护理期间、出院前等几个时间段进行服务流程的设计,而后由护理人员通过护理流程来进行护理管理。比较18名护理人员经过优化服务路径的培训后其护理技能的改善结果,同时由60例患者对护理人员的护理质量等满意度进行打分评定。结果通过优化服务路径的实施后,护理后护理人员的常规护理技巧、书写文书的质量、护理操作技能以及病房管理等分数均有所改善,同时患者的满意度也呈现为升高的趋势,组间经统计学软件校正,差异性显著。结论在对特需病房进行护理管理的过程中,通过优化服务路径的实施能使护理流程更加规范,使护理人员的护理技能优化,值得临床应用。
Objective to evaluate improvement effect of optimizing service path in nursing management of special wards. Methods carry on service process design of several periods, including after admission, nursing period, before discharge of patients, then nurses carry on nursing management according to nursing process. Compare nursing skills improvement results of 18 nursing staffs after optimized service path training, and evaluate nursing quality satisfaction degree of nursing staffs by 60 patients. Results after implementation of optimized service path, routine nursing skills, quality of writing documents, nursing operation skills and ward management scores of nursing staffs were improved, and patient's satisfaction degree also showed rising trend, difference was significant between groups with statistical software correction. Conclusion during nursing management process in special wards, carrying on optimized service path can make nursing process more standardized, optimize nursing skills of nursing staffs, which is worthy of clinical application.
