纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎 被引量:3

Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Sputum Aspiration Combined with Bronchoalveolar Lavage in Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

摘要 目的探究重症肺炎患者运用纤维支气管镜吸痰与肺泡灌洗联合治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法选取80例在2017年1月至2017年6月来我进修单位(西安交通大学第一附属医院)治疗的重症肺部肺炎患者,分为观察组和对照组各40人,均根据自愿原则划分。纤维支气管镜吸痰与肺泡灌洗联合治疗和单纯肺泡灌洗治疗分别为对观察组和对照组采取的治疗方法。结果观察组的治疗总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组的77.5%,(P<0.05);观察组患者住院治疗和卧床恢复时间分别为(12.31±3.81)d和(5.37±2.13)d,对照组分别为(19.27±2.91)d和(8.35±3.15)d,观察组均明显比对照组低(P<0.05);对照组生存质量各指标得分低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患者运用纤维支气管镜吸痰与肺泡灌洗联合治疗后,可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者生存质量,且患者卧床恢复和住院治疗时间较短。 Objective to explore application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy sputum aspiration combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods choose 80 cases severe pulmonary pneumonia treated in training unit of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017(Xi'an Jiao Tong University the First Affiliated Hospital), and divide them into observation and control group according to voluntary principle, 40 cases in each. Observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy sputum aspiration combined with bronchoalveolar lavage, and control group with bronchoalveolar lavage only. Results total effective rate of observation group 92.5% was significantly higher than 77.5% of control group(P<0.05); hospitalization time and bedridden recovery time of observation group was(12.31±3.81) d and(5.37±2.13) d respectively, significantly lower than(19.27±2.91)d and(8.35±3.15) d respectively of control group(P<0.05); survival quality scores of each index of control group were lower than observation group(P<0.05). Conclusionfiberoptic bronchoscopy sputum aspiration combined with bronchoalveolar lavage can improve treatment effect of severe pneumonia patients effectively, improve patient's life quality with shorter bedridden recovery and hospitalization time.
