药剂科在合理应用抗菌药物中的研究分析

Research and Analysis of Antibacterial Drugs Reasonable Application in Pharmacy Department

目的分析临床上抗菌药物应用时药剂科在对其应用合理性上的作用及重要性。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月于我院进行诊疗的患者240例,随机分成两组。对照组(n=120)患者常规应用药物治疗;观察组(n=120)患者在常规应用药物治疗的基础上,药剂科对其应用抗菌类药物时加以管制;于患者出院时,对其抗菌药使用、合理使用情况,以及使用抗菌药者的抗菌药使用种类、时间,患者住院时间、总费用等进行整理统计。结果观察组在抗菌药使用、合理使用情况上远远优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中使用抗菌药者在抗菌药使用种类、时间,患者住院时间、总费用等上进行比照,观察组亦大大优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计意义。结论药剂科在抗菌药临床应用合理性上极具重要性,能有效提升临床上抗菌药类应用的合理性和规范性,对患者的疾病的诊疗进程和医院整体的诊疗质量和效率等均有着较大的正面影响作用。

Objective to analyze function and importance of pharmacy department in reasonable clinical application of antibacterial drugs. Methods choose 240 patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016, divide them into two groups randomly. Control group(n=120) was treated with routine medicine therapy; and observation group(n=120) with pharmacy department antibacterial drugs control based on routine medication treatment, and carrying on statistics and summary of antibacterial drugs application, reasonable application situation, types of antibacterial drugs, time, hospitalization time, total cost and etc at discharge. Results antibacterial drugs application, reasonable application situation of observation group was far better than control group(P<0.05); types of antibacterial drugs, time, hospitalization time and total cost of patients in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05), difference showed statistical significance. Conclusion pharmacy department is of importance for clinical reasonable application of antibacterial drugs, can improve clinical reasonable and normative application of antibacterial drugs, has great positive effect on patient's diagnosis and treatment process and quality and efficiency of overall hospital diagnosis and treatment.
