摘要
目的探讨健康教育在肾病综合征患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月我院收治的肾病综合征患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机平均原则分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行健康教育。对两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者服药依从性、护理满意度及健康知识评分均明显高与对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组患者的并发症7.27%发生率低于对照组20%,P<0.05。结论肾病综合征患者临床护理中给予健康教育,患者预后效果良好,减少了其他并发症的发生,在临床护理中值得应用。
Objective to investigate application effect of health education in clinical nursing of nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods choose 110 cases nephrotic syndrome patients treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 as research objects. Divide them into control and observation group according to random average principle. Control group was treated with routine clinical nursing, and observation group with health education based on routine nursing. Compare nursing effects of two groups. Results medication compliance, nursing satisfaction degree and health knowledge scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group, P<0.05, difference showed statistical significance. Complications rate of observation group was 7.27%, lower than 20% of control group, P<0.05. Conclusion health education can achieve good prognosis effect druing clinical nursing of nephrotic syndrome patients, and reduce occurrence of other complications, which is worthy of application in clinical nursing.
