The Clinical Effect of Pdca Circulation Model in Emergency Department Nursing Management

目的探讨了PDCA循环模式用于急诊科护理管理中的临床效果。方法从我院急诊科各随机选取1200例并分为两组,一组为对照组,另一组为观察组,分别采取常规护理方法和PDCA循环模式护理管理,比较两组的患者满意度和临床护理效果。结果两组采取相应的护理措施后,观察组的患者满意度要高于对照组,临床护理效果也明显高于对照组。结论实施PDCA循环模式护理管理可以提高护理人员的风险意识,提高了临床治疗效果,增进了护患之间的关系。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PDCA circulatory model in nursing management of emergency department. Methods 1200 patients were randomly selected from the emergency department of our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups. One group was the experimental group and the other group was the observation group. Routine nursing methods and PDCA circulatory model nursing management were used to compare the patients' satisfaction And clinical care effects. Results After taking appropriate nursing measures, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the clinical nursing effect was also significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle model nursing management can improve the risk awareness of nurses, improve the clinical treatment effect, enhance the relationship between nursing and nursing, suitable for promotion.
