目的探析对哮喘小儿患儿用孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果及不良反应情况。方法选取2013年至2017年本院收治确诊哮喘小儿150例临床资料,以患儿入院时间为准编序后随机数字表将其每组75例分为常规组与联合组,对应治疗方式为常规小儿哮喘对症治疗、联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。对不同治疗方案患儿疗效及安全性做记录并统计学处理。结果联合组临床症状改善总有效率显著优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后各临床相关指征第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最高呼气流速(PEF)均显著优于常规组(P<0.05);联合组相关症状体征消失所需时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05);随访期间联合组不良反应、复发率情况显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿哮喘在对症常规干预基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗对病情有良好干预效果,缩短症状体征恢复正常所需时间,安全性高,对小儿保持治疗依从性有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and adverse effects of montelukast sodium in children with asthma. MethodsThe clinical data of 150 children with asthma diagnosed in our hospital from 2013 to 2017 were selected, The children were randomly divided into 75 groups: routine group and combined group. The corresponding treatment methods were routine asthma treatment and combined montelukast treatment. The efficacy and safety of different treatment options were recorded and statistically analyzed. ResultsThe clinical symptoms of the combined group improved the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the clinical relevant indications of the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC), peak expiratory flow(PEF) were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); combined symptoms signs disappeared time significantly shorter than the conventional group(P<0.05); combined with the adverse reaction and recurrence rate during follow-up was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of children with asthma on the basis of conventional intervention with montelukast sodium treatment has a good effect on the disease, worthy of clinical Promotion.
