鼻窦内镜手术患者围手术期实施全程护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Perioperative Nursing Care in Endoscopic SInus Surgery Patients

目的探讨鼻窦内镜手术患者围手术期实施全程护理的临床效果。方法此次实验对象为2014年6月至2015年7月本院收治的82例鼻窦内镜手术患者,依照入院治疗时间先后将82例患者随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各41例。对照组患者术后行常规护理干预,实验组患者实施围手术期全程护理,比较两组患者对护理质量的评价及护理期间出现并发症的概率。结果两组患者护理质量及并发症发生率比较,观察组明显优于对照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予鼻窦内镜手术患者围手术期全程护理,能有效降低患者发生并发症的概率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in perioperative period. Methods 82 patients with sinus endoscopic surgery were enrolled in this study from June 2014 to July 2015. 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of admission treatment. the control group and the experimental group had 41 cases each. The patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention. The patients in the experimental group were treated with perioperative care. The evaluation of the quality of care and the probability of complications during the nursing period were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of care and the incidence of complications were significantly higher in the two groups than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively reduce the probability of complications and improve the patient ‘s nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
