探讨婚前检查联合孕前检查资源整合对优生优育的应用价值

To Investigate the Application Value of the Eugenics Premarital Examination Combined with the Pre Inspection of Resource Integration

目的探讨婚前检查联合孕前检查资源整合效果,并探究其对优生优育的应用价值。方法临床资料来源于本妇幼计生中心2015年1月至2016年12月婚前医学检查情况报表与总结,选择的男女婚检人数一共是31800人,其中患病人数为5675人,其中指定传染病1770人,严重遗传性疾病49人,生殖系统疾病1137人,内科疾病2719人。对最终检查出来的结果进行回顾性分析。结果在婚前检查联合孕前检查过程中,孕前检查的疾病检出率明显要比婚前检出率高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且二者检测出的疾病都是指定传染病、生殖系统疾病以及内科疾病。另外女性生殖系统疾病感染率要显著高于男性,而男性指定传染病的感染率显著高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过婚前检查联合孕前检查,能有效提高年轻夫妇的疾病检出率,是预防出生缺陷、提高人口素质的关键措施。所以经过婚前检查联合孕前检查,能有效地对新生儿的出生缺陷进行预防,提升全民素质,具有较好的医疗资源整合效果,而且满足了优生优育的原则,是促进优生优育的新模式。

Other diseases of the female reproductive system infection rate significantly higher than that of men, while men designated infectious disease infection rate significantly higher than that of women, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After a combined examination before pregnancy before marriage, can effectively improve the disease detection rate of young couples, is the key to prevention of birth defects, improve population quality measures. So after a combined examination before pregnancy before marriage, effectively on newborn birth defect prevention, improve the quality of the people, with better medical resource integrate results and meets the principles of eugenics, is to promote the new model of prenatal and postnatal care.
