乳腺肿瘤术后疼痛的护理干预效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Breast Tumor

目的探讨分析乳腺肿瘤术后疼痛的有效护理干预方法以及临床效果。方法本次研究对象选取我院从2016年5月至2017年5月收治的64例乳腺肿瘤患者,应用数字随机法分为对照组与干预组,两组患者均行乳腺肿瘤术治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,干预组患者在此基础上应用镇痛护理,应用生活质量量表(SF-36)与视觉模拟评分(VAS)对护理效果进行评估,对比两组患者的护理满意情况。结果干预组患者的护理效果显著,其SF-36与VAS评分与对照组患者比较存在显著优势,且干预组患者护理满意率高于对照组患者,组间各项数据比较结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理干预基础上针对乳腺肿瘤术后疼痛给予镇痛护理,能够降低患者的疼痛感受,减少应激反应情况,提高了患者的生活质量,同时患者的护理满意率大大提高,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effective nursing intervention methods and clinical effects of postoperative pain in breast cancer. Methods This study selected 64 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, the patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group by digital random method, and the two groups were treated with breast tumor, the patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group received analgesic care on this basis, the life quality scale(SF-36) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were used to evaluate the effect of nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing effect of the intervention group was significant, and the scores of SF-36 and VAS were significantly better than those of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of the nursing intervention group was higher than that of the control group, the results of statistical comparison between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing intervention, analgesia nursing for postoperative pain of breast tumor can reduce the patient's pain perception, reduce stress reaction and improve the quality of life of patients, at the same time, the patient's satisfaction rate of nursing has been greatly improved, and it is worth to be widely used in clinic.
