舒适护理在膝关节镜检查手术中的应用

Application of Comfortable Nursing in Arthroscopy of Knee Operation

目的探讨舒适护理服务模式应用于膝关节镜检查手术中的效果。方法将本院自2006年1月至2008年1月行膝关节镜检查手术治疗的100例患者纳入本研究。对照组50例患者实施传统的护理模式,实验组50例患者实施舒适护理模式,比较两患者的满意度、舒适度以及其他指标。结果实验组在舒适度、满意度以及其他指标上优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节镜检查手术中应用舒适护理,可以有效提高患者的舒适度,增强患者的满意度,从而有效提高患者的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of comfortable nursing in arthroscopy of knee operation. Method 100 patients who underwent arthroscopy of knee operation in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2008 were included in this study. The traditional functional nursing mode was implemented to 50 cases of patients in control group and the high quality nursing mode was implemented to 50 cases of patients in experimental group. The satisfaction, degree of comfort and other index of the patients in two groups were compared. Results The degree of comfort,satisfaction and other index of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort care in knee arthroscopy can effectively improve the comfort of patients and enhance the patient's satisfaction, so as to effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients
