摘要
目的通过对老年患者进行优质的延伸护理服务,以提高老年患者生活质量。方法对一年来青岛市南区208位患有常见慢性病的老年人进行延伸护理服务。包括对出院、社区及养老院居住的老年患者进行血压、血糖、心电图监测和用药指导、饮食宣教、生活起居调养、康复功能锻炼、心理护理等。结果与结论丰富多彩的健康教育方法有利于老年患者学习和自身疾病有关的各种护理常识,增强其自我照顾能力,提高生活质量,延伸服务让老年患者享受到全程、专业的优质护理服务。
Objective To improve the quality of life of elderly patients by improving the quality of care services in elderly patients. Methods A total of 208 elderly patients with common chronic diseases were enrolled in a year of the quarter of Qingdao. Including the elderly patients discharged from the hospital, community and nursing home for blood pressure, blood sugar, ECG monitoring and medication guidance, diet education, daily life aftercare, rehabilitation exercise, psychological care. Results and Conclusion The colorful health education methods help patients learn all kinds of nursing knowledge related to their own diseases, enhance the self-care ability of patients and improve their quality of life, extended services allow elderly patients to enjoy the full, professional quality of care services.
