关节镜清理术结合玻璃酸钠注射在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application of Arthroscopic Treatment Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析关节镜清理术与玻璃酸钠注射联合在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疾病中的应用价值。方法择取医院就医的膝关节骨性关节炎(100例),选取时间为2015年3月18日到2016年4月21日,通过随机颜色球抽取的方法将其分为2组。分别给予关节镜清理术与玻璃酸钠注射联合治疗、玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,对比2组膝关节功能评分、疼痛评分。结果观察组1个月、6个月、12个月后膝关节功能评分高于对照组,且疼痛评分低于对照组,P<0.05,存在显著差异。结论关节镜清理术与玻璃酸钠注射联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疾病效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the value of arthroscopic cleaning combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Bone arthritis(100 cases) of knee joint was selected from March 18, 2015 to April 21, 2016. The rats were divided into two groups by random color ball extraction method. They were given arthroscopic treatment combined with sodium hyaluronate injection, intravitreal injection of sodium hyaluronate, the knee function score with two groups were compared, pain score. Results The scores of knee function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 month, 6 months and 12 months, and the pain score was lower than the control group(P<0.05), there were significant differences. Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment combined with sodium hyaluronate has a significant effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
