人文关怀在精神科患者护理中的应用价值评价

Application Value of Humanistic Care in Psychiatric Patients' Nursing Care

目的探析对精神科患者应用在人文关怀理念指导下的护理干预临床价值。方法精神科患者60例,均为2016年2月至2017年3月于本院接受诊治,编序后随机数字表将其分为对照组与人文组,对应接受常规精神科护理干预、人文关怀理念护理干预。比较不同护理措施的临床应用价值。结果人文组患者对护理服务满意度评价显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后人文组患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神科患者用人文关怀理念指导下进行相关护理服务,有利于提高患者对医疗护理的信赖以及配合程度,保障干预效果的有效性,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in the treatment of psychiatric patients under the guidance of humanistic care. Methods Sixty patients with psychiatric patients were treated in our hospital from Feb. 2016 to March 2017. The random number table was divided into control group and human group. Correspondence with routine psychiatric nursing intervention, Humanistic Care Idea Nursing Intervention. To compare the clinical application value of different nursing measures. Results The evaluation of nursing service satisfaction was significantly better in the humanistic group than in the control group(P<0.05). The score of the rehabilitation score(IPROS) of the humanistic group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the patient ‘s trust in medical care and the degree of cooperation, and to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
