摘要
目的分析临床免疫检验中存在的问题,并且根据问题进行对策的指定工作。方法我院于2016年10月至2017年9月收集了我院免疫实验室酶联免疫检测结果及与检验相关各影响因素,进而通过回归分析的方式对其中的影响因素进行深入的探讨。结果由于所进行的回归分析工作是多元线性回归分析,实验员在进行相关工作时的工作素质、实验室温度及湿度等方面的问题,对于检验结果有着深刻的影响,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过分析表明,由于诸多因素的影响,从而导致我院在进行临床免疫检测的过程中的质量受到了一定程度的影响。因此,为了保证临床免疫检验质量的提升,检测人员必须按照规定进行相应的工作,以促进工作的进一步完善。
Objective To analyze the existing problems in clinical immunoassay and to designate countermeasures according to the problem. Methods During the period from October 2016 to September 2017, the results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and the influencing factors were analyzed. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of clinical immunoassay, the inspectors must follow the regulations to carry out the corresponding work to promote the further improvement of the work.
