安神类中药在心血管疾病治疗中的配伍应用及作用机制探讨

目的分析安神中药在心血管疾病治疗中的配伍应用和作用机制。方法收集我院使用安神类中药治疗的患者98例,分析其在治疗时的中药配伍和作用机制。结果在联合使用安神类中药对心血管疾病患者实施临床治疗时,需要按照其病情实施不同的配伍治疗。在作用机制上,主要为对心血管系统的靶向作用、中枢神经的调节作用以及植物神经的调节作用。对心律失常患者实施临床治疗时,需提供益气养阴和活血化瘀的药物,并可实施定悸复脉药物的治疗,并在活血化瘀的基础上使用灵磁石、炒酸枣仁、夜交藤、珍珠母和生龙齿的治疗,通过这种方法能够得到较好的临床疗效。结论在对心血管疾病患者实施临床治疗时,若使用安神类中药联合治疗能够起到较好的临床疗效,有较高的临床使用价值。
