摘要 目的分析CT及磁共振检查对甲状腺结节的临床诊断价值。方法以我院2015年2月至2016年3月接诊且经过病理确诊为35例甲状腺结节病变患者为研究对象,均接受CT、磁共振检查,以SPSS 17.0统计学软件分析两种检查的诊断结果。结果 MRI诊断敏感度较CT高且漏诊率较CT低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI联合CT检查的特异性、敏感度、符合率均较单独的MRI、CT检查高且漏诊率、误诊率均较MRI、CT低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺结节病诊断中应用CT联合MRI检查的特异性与敏感度较高,有助于早期诊断甲状腺结节病变,及时提供相应的治疗措施。 Objective To analyze clinical value of CT and MRI in diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods Treat 35 cases thyroid nodules lesions patiens by pathological diagnosis in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 as research objects, after CT, magnetic resonance imaging examination, analyze results of two kinds of examination by Spss17.0 statistical software. Results Diagnostic sensitivity of MRI was higher than CT, and missed diagnosis rate was lower, difference showed statistical significance(P< 0.05); specificity, sensitivity and coincidence rate of MRI combined CT examination was higher than MRI or CT only, and missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate was lower than MRI, CT only, difference showed statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion CT and MRI has high specificity and sensitivity in diagnosis of thyroid nodules, which is helpful for early diagnosis of thyroid nodules, and providing corresponding treatment measures timely.
