当归芍药散的药理及临床应用分析

Pharmacology and Clinical Application Analysis of Angelica Paeoniae Powder

目的研究当归芍药散在妇科疾病治疗中临床应用效果及药理作用。方法随机选取2015年1月至2016年1月于我院就诊44例痛经患者与44例盆腔炎患者各作为观察组,并选取同期痛经与盆腔炎患者各44例作为对照组,观察组患者均给予当归芍药散治疗,对照组痛经患者给予元胡止痛剂治疗,盆腔炎患者给予青霉素、甲硝锉治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组痛经患者、盆腔炎患者的治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);并且观察组痛经患者治疗后症状积分以及PGF2a/PGE2值均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用当归芍药散治疗妇科疾病痛经与盆腔炎,患者临床症状得到明显改善,并且临床疗效显著。

Objective To study clinical application effect and pharmacological action of Angelica Paeoniae powder in treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods Choose 44 cases dysmenorrhea patients and 44 cases pelvic inflammatory disease patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 randomly as observation group, and 44 cases each of dysmenorrhea and pelvic inflammatory disease as control group. Observation group was treated with Angelica Paeoniae powder, and dysmenorrhea patients of control group with corydalis analgesic, and pelvic inflammatory disease with penicillin and metronidazole, Compare clinical effect of two groups. Results Total effective rate of dysmenorrhea and pelvic inflammatory disease in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), and symptom scores and PGF2 a/PGE2 value of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Angelica Paeoniae Powder can improve clinical symptoms significantly with remarkable clinical curative effect in treatment of gynecological diseases dysmenorrhea and pelvic inflammatory disease.
