小儿湿疹中采取针灸疾刺法的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Fast Stabbing Acupuncture for Infantile Eczema

目的分析对小儿湿疹患者采用针灸疾刺法治疗的临床疗效。方法对2016年7月至2017年7月本院收治的70例小儿湿疹患者进行观察,采用掷币法将患者分为参照组、研究组各35例,分别给予丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗、针灸疾刺法治疗。治疗2周,记录两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组皮疹程度评分、皮疹面积评分较治疗前均有所改善且优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸疾刺治疗能够有效缓解患儿临床症状,患儿耐受性好,不良反应少,复发率低,疗效安全可靠。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of fast stabbing acupuncture for infantile eczema. Methods Observe 70 cases infantile eczema treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017, divide them into control and study group by tossing coins randomly, 35 cases in each, treated with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment, and fast stabbing acupuncture respectively. After two weeks of treatment, record curative effect of two groups. Results Total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); rash degree scores and rash area scores of study group were improved and better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fast stabbing acupuncture can relieve children's clinical symptoms effectively, with good tolerance, less adverse reaction, low recurrence rate and safe and reliable curative effect.
