摘要
目的研究健康教育与心理护理对烧伤病患的效果。方法选取烧伤病患50例,并将其随机分成2组,观察与对照两组,对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上加入心理护理及健康教育,观察两组患者健康知识认知程度、SAS评分及护理满意度。结果观察组SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDS评分显著优于对照组SDS评分,(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理知识理解率96%显著高于对照组64%,(P<0.05)。结论对患者在常规治疗上加入健康教育及心理护理,对降低患者焦虑情绪、提高康复信心有积极作用,值得临床应用。
Objective To study effect of health education and psychological nursing on burn patients. MethodsChoose 50 cases burn patients, divide them into two groups randomly, observation and control group. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and observation group with psychological nursing and health education based on routine nursing. Observe health knowledge level, SAS scores and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups. Results SAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05); SDS score of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05); satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05); nursing knowledge understanding rate of of observation group was 96%, significantly higher than control group(64%, P<0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing based on routine treatment has positive effect on reducing anxiety and improving rehabilitation confidence of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
