胃镜下局部注射化疗药物治疗晚期胃癌的护理方法及效果

Nursing Method and Effect of Gastroscopic Local Injection of Chemotherapeutic Medicine in Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的分析晚期胃癌患者行胃镜下局部注射化疗药物所起到的效果,同时评定护理价值。方法对本次我院于2016年5月至2017年5月所收治的70例进展期胃癌患者进行研究,将其按照就诊时间平均分为实验组(n=35)和参照组(n=35),实验组患者行胃镜下局部注射治疗+综合护理,参照组患者行常规化疗+常规护理模式,分析两组患者护理满意度,同时记录两组患者化疗后的改善程度。结果实验组患者中,经过治疗以及相应的护理后,其有效率为42.8%,显著优于参照组20%,组间对比χ~2=4.2424,P=0.0394。同时实验组总满意度85.7%高于参照组62.8%,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者予以胃镜下局部注射以及护理模式,能够有效缓解患者痛苦,提升患者生存质量,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze effect of gastroscopic local injection of chemotherapy medicine of advanced gastric cancer patients, and evaluate its nursing value. Methods Study 70 cases advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, according to admisson sequence, divide them into experimental group(n=35) and control group(n =35). Experimental group was treated with gastroscopic local injection and comprehensive nursing, and control group with routine chemotherapy and routine nursing mode. Analyze nursing satisfaction of two groups, and record improvement after chemotherapy. Results After treatment and corresponding nursing, effective rate of experimental group was 42.8%, significantly better than 20% of control group, and comparison between groups showed χ2=4.2424, P=0.0394. At the same time, total satisfaction of experimental group was 85.7%, higher than 62.8% of control group, and comparison showed significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Gastroscopic local injection and nursing mode can effectively alleviate pains of advanced gastric cancer patients, and improve their life quality, which plays an important role in clinical research.
