母乳喂养指导路径在产科护理管理中的效果研究

Effect Study of Breastfeeding Guidance Path in Obstetric Nursing Management

目的探究母乳喂养指导路径在产科护理管理中的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年10月我院妇产科接诊的110例产妇作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组产妇给予常规护理,观察组产妇给予母乳喂养指导路径护理,对比两组产妇护理效果。结果观察组患者泌乳开始时间、母乳喂养成功率、护理满意度、母乳知识掌握优秀率以及72 h产后泌乳量情况均优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论母乳喂养指导路径能有效提高护理效果,使泌乳开始时间缩短,提升了患者的母乳喂养成功率、护理满意度以及母乳知识掌握优秀率,增加了产妇72 h产后泌乳量,该护理方法值得被采纳使用。

Objective To explore effect of breastfeeding guidance path in obstetric nursing management. MethodsChoose 110 cases pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 as research objects, divide them into observation and control group randomly based on admission sequence, 55 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and observation group with breastfeeding guide path nursing. Compare nursing effect of two groups. Results Starting time of lactation, success rate of breastfeeding, nursing satisfaction degree, excellent rate of breastfeeding knowledge and 72 h postpartum lactation amount of observation group was better than control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion Breastfeeding guidance path can improve nursing effect effectively, shortern lactation starting time, enhance breastfeeding success rate, nursing satisfaction degree and excellent rate of breastfeeding knowledge, and increase 72 h postpartum lactation amount, which is worthy of application.
