探讨认知训练结合康复护理对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者病情恢复的效果

Effect Exploration of Cognitive Training Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Cognitive Dysfunction after Stroke

目的研究认知训练结合康复护理对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者病情恢复的效果。方法取材于近两年(2015至2017年)来我院治疗脑卒中疾病的患者,数量为80例,将选取的患者平均分为两组,其中一组接受康复护理(对照组),剩余一组患者使用认知训练进行配合作用(观察组)。结果观察组中患者的认知能力以及平衡能力得到明显改善,对于疾病的相关知识掌握情况较好,与康复护理单独作用下的对照组患者进行比较具有更为显著的作用效果(P<0.05)。结论认知训练的作用下,患者对于脑卒中疾病的相关知识掌握情况较好,认知功能以及平衡功能均显著提升,作用效果较为显著。

Objective To study effect of cognitive training combined with rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunction patients after stroke. Methods Choose 80 cases stroke patients treated in our hospital during past two years(2015 to 2017), divide them into two groups in average, one group was treated with rehabilitation nursing(control group), the other group with cognitive training based on rehabilitation nursing(observation group). Results Cognitive and balance ability of observation group was significantly improved, and had better understanding of disease related knowledge. Compared with control group with rehabilitation nursing only, observation group had more significant effect(P<0.05). Conclusion Under cognitive training, patients has better understanding of stroke related knowledge, and cognitive and balance function improves significantly, with significant effect.
