手术室护理在腹腔镜直肠癌术中低体温护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Operation Room Nursing in Intraoperative Hypothermia Nursing of Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer

目的分析对腹腔镜直肠癌患者进行术中护理过程中,行低体温护理模式的效果,评定临床护理满意度。方法选取我院于2015年3月至2016年3月所收治的行腹腔镜直肠癌手术的患者共60例,采用随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为实验组和参照组,每组各为30例。其中两组患者均行常规护理模式,在此基础上,实验组患者加行低体温护理模式,对比两组患者的鼻咽温度变化以及满意度。结果两组患者鼻咽温度变化情况分析中,手术时温度以及结束温度分析,实验组优于参照组,组间对比t=9.5844、8.4621。护理后满意度分析,实验组总满意率为90%,参照组为66.6%,组间比较具有明显差异性。结论将低体温护理干预模式应用于行腹腔镜直肠癌手术的患者中,能够有利于手术过程中,患者体温的平衡,从而保证手术的顺利实施,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective To analyze effect of hypothermia nursing mode during intraoperative nursing of laparoscopic rectal cancer patients, and evaluate satisfaction of clinical nursing. Methods Choose 60 cases laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery patients in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016, divide them into experimental and reference group by random number table method in average, 30 cases in each. Both groups were treated with routine nursing mode, on the basis, experimental group was treated with hypothermia nursing mode. Compare nasopharyngeal temperature changes and satisfaction of two groups. Results Nasopharyngeal temperature change analysis of two groups showed, intraoperative temperature and end temperature analysis of experimental group was better than reference group, comparison between groups showed t=9.5844, 8.4621. After nursing satisfaction analysis showed, total satisfaction rate of experimental group was 90%, that of reference group was 66.6%, comparison showed significant difference between two groups. ConclusionHypothermia nursing intervention mode is conducive to balance patient's body temperature during operation process of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery patients, and ensure smooth implementation of operation, which is of importance for clinical research.
