分析总结引发脑血管病并发抑郁症的因素及临床特征

Analysis and Summary of Factors and Clinical Features of Cerebrovascular Disease Complicated with Depression

目的探讨引发脑血管病并发抑郁症的因素及临床特征。方法选取94例脑血管病患者作为研究对象,使用SDS抑郁自评量表、基本信息调查表、日常生活能力量表(ADL)Barthel指数对94例患者脑卒中后的情况进行调查评分。结果脑血管病并发抑郁症的发生率为34.04%,以轻中度抑郁为主;抑郁症的发生与患者年龄、性别、文化程度无关(P>0.05),与婚姻状况、日常生活能力情况有关(P<0.05)。结论脑血管后并发抑郁症的概率较高,影响患者的恢复,应注重脑血管病后的抑郁症的预防与治疗,对婚姻状况及生活自理能力较差的患者要特别关注,进行积极的针对性护理,尽量减少脑血管病并发抑郁症的发生率。

Objective To explore factors and clinical characteristics of cerebrovascular disease complicated with depression. Methods Choose 94 cases cerebrovascular patients as research subjects, investigate and grade their condition after stroke by SDS self rating depression scale, basic information questionnaire and ADL Barthel index. ResultsIncidence of cerebrovascular disease complicated with depression was 34.04%, mainly mild to moderate depression. Depression incidence had no relations with age, gender and education level(P>0.05), and related to marital status and daily living ability(P<0.05). Conclusion Cerebrovascular disease complicated with depression has high incidence, and influences patient's recovery, we should pay attention to prevention and treatment of depression after cerebrovascular disease, patients with poor marital status and self-care ability should pay special attention, active and targeted nursing should be carried out to minimize incidence of cerebral vascular disease complicated with depression.
