对医院消毒供应中心实施细节护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Detailed Nursing Care in Hospital Disinfection Supply Center

目的观察并探究对医院消毒供应中心实施细节护理的临床效果。方法将2014年1月至2015年10月期间未开展细节护理,采取一般护理干预,作为对照组,2015年1月至2016年2月期间开展细节护理干预,作为观察组,对两组的临床效果及对消毒供应中心的满意程度进行比较分析。结果消毒供应中心实施细节护理后,医院各科室对其评价和满意度及临床效果显著提升,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院消毒供应中心中实施细节护理,有利于提高临床科室的护理质量及消毒供应中心的工作质量,进一步提升临床治疗效果,降低感染率,提高医院手术的成功率,提升患者的满意度及医院的知名度。值得在临床护理工作中进一步推广应用,也需要消毒供应中心的护士坚持细节护理干预,并不断提升护理质量。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of nursing care on the implementation details of the disinfection and supply center. Methods From January 2014 to October 2015 period did not carry out the details of care, take the general nursing intervention, as control group, January 2015 February 2016 to carry out the details of the nursing intervention in the observation group, comparing the clinical effects of two groups and the sterilization and supply center satisfaction. Results The implementation details of care of sterilization and supply center after the evaluation and satisfaction and clinical effect of various departments of the hospital increased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation details of care in the hospital disinfection supply center, improve the quality of nursing the quality of disinfection and supply center clinical departments work, to further improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the infection rate, improve hospital operation success rate, hospital patient satisfaction and awareness. It is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work, also need to adhere to the details of sterilization and supply center nurse nursing intervention, and continuously improve the quality of nursing.
