摘要
目的探讨并总结对孤独症患儿在全麻下行牙病综合治疗的护理技巧。方法选择10例于我科行全麻下行牙病综合治疗的孤独症患儿,在治疗过程中,通过充分的术前准备、严密的术中配合、详尽的术后监护及健康宣教,协助完成牙病综合治疗。结果通过良好的护理配合,10例孤独症患儿在全麻下牙病综合治疗术后,均达到满意的治疗效果。结论通过对在全麻下行牙病综合治疗的孤独症患儿的良好护理,可以保障医疗质量,提高患者及家长的满意度。
Objective To discuss the nursing management of children with autistic disorder receiving oral treatment under general anesthesia. Methods Selected 10 children with autistic disorder in our department, nursing management included adequate preparation, operative coordination, carefully monitoring after operation and health education was used to assist the operation. Results All the patients obtained a good therapeutic effect by successful nursing management. Conclusion Successful nursing management of children with autistic disorder receiving oral treatment under general anesthesia could help to guarantee the medical quality and improve the satisfaction of parents.
