摘要 目的总结危重症患者肠内营养支持的护理方法。方法选择50例危重症患者,经鼻胃管进行肠内营养,给予肠内营养前、肠内营养中及预防并发症的护理。结果 50例患者均无低蛋白血症发生,无误吸的患者,出现并发症3例,腹泻1例,联系营养科医生会诊,治疗腹泻。便秘2例,给予缓泻剂,便秘症状改善。结论对进行肠内营养支持治疗的危重症患者加强观察与护理,可使患者的营养状况得到有效改善,提升了抢救成功率,并有效避免了脱管及误吸等并发症发生。 Objective To summarize the nursing methods of enteral nutrition support for critically ill patients. Methods 50 cases of critically ill patients were treated with nasogastric tube for enteral nutrition, the nursing care of enteral nutrition before enteral nutrition and prevention of complications were given. Results All the 50 patients had no hypoproteinemia and no aspiration, there were 3 cases of complications,diarrhea occurred in 1 cases, contacting with the nutrition practitioner and consultation was carried out to treat diarrhea. There were 2 cases of constipation, they were given laxative, constipation symptoms were improved. Conclusion Nursing and observation were strengthened patients with enteral nutrition support therapy, the nutritional status of critically ill patients was effectively improved, and the success rate of rescue was improved,and effectively avoid complications such as tube removal and aspiration.
