浅谈医疗生态系统平台的建设与医疗服务模式创新

随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗保障制度逐步完善,各种医疗服务模式涌现给患者就诊提供了更便利的条件。同时医院信息化、数字化建设的深入大大提高了医疗服务水平和诊疗效率。在这个医疗生态系统中,医院、患者、药厂、设备供应方、公共卫生机构、保险机构等都参与到医疗卫生保健过程中,彼此之间相互联系、相互促进,在竞争中追求动态平衡,最终实现整个医疗生态系统的价值增值。基于此,本文就医疗生态系统平台的建设以及医疗服务模式的创新进行探讨,主要从远程专家资源平台、中央大药房平台、基层医疗机构信息化系统建设Saa S平台三个方面来阐述。Saa S平台能够实现各层医疗机构的所有医疗业务信息化,专家资源远程支持平台能够帮助医疗能力有限的医疗机构,实现双方的远程交流、业务协同以及信息共享,中央大药房能够有效共享优质的药物进一步规范用药,保障用药安全,方便医药配送。以信息化建设作为支撑,最终实现整个医疗生态系统的平衡,创新医疗服务模式。

with deepening reform of medical and health system of China, medical insurance system has been gradually improved. Various emerging medical service modes have provided convenient conditions for patients. At the same time, deepening of hospital information and digital construction has greatly improved medical service level and effect of diagnosis and treatment. In medical ecosystem, hospitals, patients, pharmaceutical companies, equipment suppliers, public health agencies and insurance agencies are involved in health care process, which are mutually interacted and promotive, pursuing dynamic balance in competition, to achieve final value increase of entire healthcare ecosystem. Based on this, the article discusses construction of medical ecosystem platform and innovation of medical service mode through three aspects mainly: remote expert resource platform, central pharmacy platform, grassroots medical institutions information system construction Saa S platform. Saa S platform can realize medical institutions informatization of all levels, expert resources remote support platform can realize remote communication, business collaboration and information sharing of ability-limited medical institutions, central pharmacy can share high-quality drugs effectively, standardize medication further, guarantee drug safety, help medicine distribution. Based on information construction, balance of whole medical ecosystem and medical service mode innovation can be realized finally.
