Risk Analysis and Control Study on Hospital Information Economy Contract Management

在医院经济活动中,经济合同管理工作发挥着重要的作用。基于医院经济的完善以及可持续发展,经济合同管理逐渐受到重视。在信息管理方面,信息方面的经济合同在医院信息化建设过程中有着重要的作用并存在风险。本文通过分析信息经济合同管理全过程中各环节存在的风险因素,提出风险控制的建议和措施。

During economic activities of hospitals, economic contract management plays an important role. Based on improvement and sustainable development of hospital economy, economic contract management has been paid attention to gradually. In information management, economic contract of information plays an important role and produces risk in process of hospital information construction. The article analyzes risk factors of each links of whole management process of information economy contract, and puts forward suggestions and measures of risk control.
