5S管理对提高血透室护理质量的效果分析

Effect of 5S Management on Improving Quality of Hemodialysis Nursing

目的研究分析5S管理在血透室中应用对护理质量的影响效果。方法于2016年1月至2016年12月在我院血透室实施5S管理方案,依照5S管理理念进行相关工作的开展,并对实施前后血透室护理质量及差错发生情况进行评价,分析5S管理对血透室护理质量的作用效果。结果通过比较5S管理实施前后血透室情况发现,实施5S管理后患者护理满意评分明显提高,血透室环境综合评分也有了显著提升,实施前后评分结果组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实施5S管理后护理差错事件发生次数以及物品调剂差错次数均明显降低,组间比较结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5S管理理念在血透室中应用效果显著,护理人员自身得到明显提升,促进医患关系的和谐发展。

Objective To study the effect of 5 S management on the quality of nursing in hemodialysis room. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, a 5 S management plan was implemented in the hemodialysis room of our hospital. The related work was carried out in accordance with the 5 S management concept. The nursing quality and errors of the hemodialysis room before and after the implementation were evaluated and analyzed 5 S management of hemodialysis room nursing effect of quality. Results By comparing 5 S management before and after the implementation of the hemodialysis room found that after the implementation of 5 S management patient satisfaction score was significantly improved, hemodialysis room environment comprehensive score has also been significantly improved before and after the implementation of the score results between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the number of nursing interventions and the number of medication errors after the implementation of 5 S management were significantly reduced. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The 5 S management concept has a significant effect in the hemodialysis room, and the nursing staff themselves have been significantly improved to promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
