优质服务在脑血栓护理中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application Analysis of High Quality Service in Nursing of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的讨论优质服务在脑血栓护理中的应用方法和临床效果分析。方法选取我院救治的脑血栓患者90例进行研究讨论,把患者随机分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组患者采取优质护理,观察两组患者的生活质量评分以及患者对护理人员的满意度。结果实验组的生活质量评分及患者护理满意率都比对照组的要好,两组比较,P<0.05。结论对脑血栓的患者,采取优质护理干预,护理效果较为显著,可以帮助患者提高生活质量,从而提高患者的满意度,有利于护理质量的提高,值得在今后的护理过程中应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze application method and clinical effect of high quality service in cerebral thrombosis nursing. Methods choose 90 cases cerebral thrombosis patients treated in our hospital for study and discussion. Divide them into two groups randomly, control group was treated with routine nursing, and experimental group with high quality nursing. Observe life quality scores and satisfaction degree for nurses between two groups. Results life quality scores and satisfaction degree of experimental group were better than control group, comparison between two groups showed P<0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has significant effect on cerebral thrombosis patients, and can improve their life quality and satisfaction degree, which is conducive to improving nursing quality, and worthy of application in future nursing practice.
