补血益气治疗法对月经不调患者的临床疗效探析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Tonifying Blood and Replenishing Qi Therapy on Menstrual Disorder Patients

目的探究月经不调患者采取补血益气法治疗的疗效。方法选取2015年11月到2017年4月我院收治的80例月经不调患者作为本次研究的对象,运用随机法将入选患者分成两组,其中研究组采用中医补血益气法进行干预治疗(40例),参照组患者则使用单纯的西药干预治疗(40例),观察两种治疗干预方法,并比较两组患者取得的治疗有效率情况。结果干预治疗后,研究组患者的痊愈率为75.0%,治疗的总有效率为97.5%显著优于参照组的57.5%、82.5%,数据比较呈现显著性的差异,与统计学原理相符(P<0.05);参照组的临床症状评分显著高于研究组,数据呈现显著性的差异(P<0.05);干预治疗前,两组患者的月经不调情况无显著性的差异(P>0.05)。干预治疗后,研究组患者取得月经不调情况显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。讨论月经不调患者采取补血益气法治疗,临床效果理想,有效调节了患者的体内激素水平,对提高患者的治疗有效率及临床症状评分具有积极的临床意义,是临床月经不调的理想方法,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore curative effect of tonifying blood and replenishing Qi therapy on menstrual disorder patients. Methods choose 80 cases menstrual disorder patients in our hospital from November 2015 to April 2017 as research objects, divide them into two groups randomly. Study group was treated with TCM tonifying blood and replenishing Qi therapy intervention(40 cases), and control group with western medicine intervention(40 cases). Observe and compare effective rate of two intervention methods of two groups. Results After intervention treatment, cure rate of study group was 75.0%, total effective rate was 97.5%, significantly better than 57.5%, 82.5% of control group, data comparision showed significant difference, which was consistent with statistical principle(P<0.05); clinical symptom scores of control group was significantly higher than study group, data comparision showed significant difference,(P<0.05); before intervention treatment, menstrual disorder showed no significant differences between two groups,(P>0.05). After intervention, menstrual disorder of study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tonifying blood and replenishing Qi therapy has ideal clinical effect for menstrual disorder patients can regulate patient's hormone level effectively, has positive clinical significance to improve treatment effective rate of patients and clinical symptom scores, which is an ideal method for clinical menstrual disorder with high clinical value of promotion.
