活血化瘀方对脑出血患者的治疗效果观察

Curative Effect Observation of Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis Prescription for Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

目的研究探讨活血化瘀方对脑出血患者的治疗效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月本院脑出血患者80例进行研究讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组,两组都为40例,其中对照组采用常规的西医治疗,观察组采取活血化瘀方进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗后患者的神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组采取活血化瘀方进行治疗,观察组的有效率为92.5%,对照组的有效率为80.0%,疗效优于对照组,神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,两组比较,P<0.05。结论对于脑出血的患者,采取活血化瘀方进行治疗,可以起到良好的效果,改善患者的神经功能缺损症状,可以在今后脑出血患者的治疗过程中应用。

Objective To study curative effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis prescription for cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods Choose 80 cases cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 for discussion, divide them into two groups randomly, 40 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine western medicine, and observation group with activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis prescription, Observe treatment effect and neural function defect scores after treatment of two groups. Results: Effective rate of observation group with TCM prescription was 92.5%, better than that of control group was 80.0%, neurological deficit scores was lower than control group, comparison between two groups showed P<0.05. Conclusion Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis prescription has good effect for cerebral hemorrhage patients, can improve neurological deficit symptoms of patients, which can be applied in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients in the future.
