呼吸科住院感染患者菌种分布、相关因素及管理小组干预效果分析

摘要 目的针对呼吸科住院感染患者其菌种分布情况、诱发感染因素以及建立管理小组的具体作用加以分析。方法本研究就以本院在2014年3月至2017年5月呼吸科住院部出现感染患者64例作为主要研究样本,即观察组,并任意选取同期未感染患者100例,为对照组,针对两组患者各方面资料加以分析。同时,将观察组患者随机均分为A、B两组,A组施于有效护理干预,B组行常规护理,针对护理干预效果加以分析。结果结合分析可知,观察组患者中31例为呼吸道感染,19例为泌尿系统感染,余下为消化系统感染,其感染菌表现为格兰阴性菌为主,诱发因素存在于多个层面。在有效护理干预的作用下,能促使感染患者尽快得到恢复。结论导致呼吸科住院患者出现感染的因素存在于多个层面,且诱发因素众多,在实际诊治过程中,需要对此加以重视。 Objective To analyze the distribution of the bacteria in the patients with infection in the Department of respiration, the factors that induce the infection and the specific role of establishing the management group. Methods A total of 64 patients with infection in Department of respiration in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the main research sample, the observation group and 100 cases of uninfected patients at the same time were selected as control group. The data of two groups of patients were analyzed. Meanwhile, the patients in the observation group were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B, group A was given effective nursing intervention, group B received routine nursing, and the effect of nursing intervention was analyzed. Results Combined analysis showed that 31 cases of respiratory tract infection were observed in the observation group, 19 cases were urinary tract infection, the rest were digestive system infection. The infection bacteria were mainly Gram-negative bacteria, and the inducing factors existed at multiple levels. Under the effect of effective nursing intervention, the infected patients can be recovered as soon as possible. Conclusion The factors leading to infection in Department of respiration patients exist at multiple levels and cause many factors. Therefore, we need to pay attention to it in the actual process of diagnosis and treatment.
