综合护理在胫腓骨开放性骨折围手术期的应用效果观察

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Perioperative Period of Open Fracture of Tibia Fibula was Observed

目的观察综合护理在胫腓骨开放性骨折围手术期的应用效果。方法选择2015年12月-2017年4月间114例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各57例。观察组用综合护理,对照组用常规护理,对比两组疗效及并发症率。结果观察组的患肢恢复率明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症率明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胫腓骨开放性骨折围手术期应用综合护理,能够促进患者患肢恢复,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on the perioperative period of open fracture of tibia fibula. Methods 114 patients with open fracture of tibia fibula were selected from December 2015 to April 2017, and 57 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with general nursing, and the control group was treated with routine nursing, and compared the efficacy and complication rate of the two groups. Results The recovery rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing for open fracture of tibia fibula can promote the recovery of patients with limb and reduce the complications.
